Applying for a Garden Lot and
Becoming a Member of the Gladstone Community Garden
To obtain a garden lot, you must follow these steps:​​

Read and agree to the Rules and Responsibilities and Liability Release (links below). IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for a minimum of 4 garden work hours during the growing season. ​

Click on a membership plan below, specifying whether you want a full lot or a half lot.

Pay a refundable application/deposit fee of $50.00 with this application.

Know the Bylaws of the Gladstone Community Gardening Association.

Know the Meldrum Bar Park parking regulations. We recommend obtaining an annual pass if you are not a resident of the City of Gladstone. ​

Attend a garden orientation session where you will select your lot, sign the Liability Release, and receive your membership card. An orientation leader will contact you.

New Membership--Half Lot
35$+$50 Refundable Application FeeThe New Member fee is $85.00 for a 20'x15' lot, including a $50.00 application fee.Valid for 12 months- 12 months from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026
- The $50.00 application fee becomes a security deposit.
New Membership--Full Lot
40$+$50 Refundable Application FeeThe New Member fee is $90.00 for a 20'x30' lot, including a $50.00 application fee.Valid for 12 months- 12 months from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026
- The $50.00 application fee becomes a security deposit.
